ADMINISTRATION

ACCOUNTS - MEMBERS

1. Any Elite Gold or Elite Platinum Member regarded as a defaulter if the amount due is not settle within 30 days from the date the invoice issued.

1(a) Any Elite Gold or Elite Platinum Member who neglects or refuses to settle his account, will be removed as a member within 60 days from the date the invoice is issued.

CHILDREN

2. These rules applied to members' children under the age of 18 years.

2(a) Children under the age of18 years must be accompanied by a Member who shall maintain constant supervision and control over the children. A Member shall be fully responsible for the conduct and behaviour of his/her children while they are visiting the Cafe and will be liable to the Cafe in respect of any damage or injury caused by the child and will keep the Cafe fully indemnified in respect of any action, claim or demand arising by reason of the child's act or default.

2(b) Children under 18 years of age will not be served with and are not permitted to consume alcoholic refreshments in the Café or to sit at the Bars.

DRESS CODE

3. The Café require a Formal or Smart Casual level of dress at various times.

3(a) Formal Dress includes dinner jacket, suit, National Dress or a long sleeved shirt. If the shirt is tucked in, it should be worn with a tie, but no tie is required if the shirt is designed to be worn outside the trousers. (i.e., A shirt with a straight bottom edge and no tail) Smart Casual Dress requires a collared shirt or collared T-shirt, long trousers and shoes. (Shoes are defined as footwear covering the whole foot)

3(b) The following types of apparel are not permitted at any time:

(i) Slippers and flip-flops are strictly not allowed.

(ii) Shorts, singlets, sleeveless T-shirts or sleeved T-shirts with advertisement and faded, torn, frayed, patched or ragged trousers of any type.

3(c) At special functions, members will be advised of the Dress Code for the event.

3(d) The dress code for boys, girls and guests should be similar to that of an adult member.

GUESTS

4. Members are permitted to bring in members of their immediate family. Immediate family is defined as wife and children.

4(a) Members may introduce guests to the Café for meals and drinks subject to the approval of the Management on duty.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

5. The Café does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any property brought on to the Café premises by any Member or guest.

PRICES

6. The Café shall from time to time fix charges for food, drinks, cigarettes, tobacco and cigars and charges for any other of the Café 's amenities.

RADIOS

7. No radios, recording instruments or musical instrument may be played in the Café, except with the approval of the Management.

RESERVATION

8. The tables may be booked in advance but if the member who has booked has not taken the table at the time arranged, it may be taken by others.

FOOD AND DRINKS

9. Save for infant food, no food of any kind shall be brought into the Café or its grounds by any member for consumption except with the prior approval of the Management.

9(a) Wines, beverage or liquor are not allowed to bring in the Café for consumption on the premises. All beverages are required to purchase from the Café.

PERIODICALS

10. No newspapers or periodicals displayed in the upstairs Private Rooms may be removed from those places.

10(a) Papers and periodicals displayed in the Café should be returned to the racks in the after reading.



GENERAL

MATTER NOT PROVIDED FOR

11. Any matter which needs determination for which no provision has been made by these rules shall be determined by the Management.

INFRINGEMENT

14. Any infringement of any of the above rules may result in termination against the member.

RESPONSIBILITY

15. The Café accepts no responsibility for any accident, injury or fatality incurred or damage or loss to private property, however caused.
